FIFA

Images

I wish to know what is the source you use for all the clubs' logos, because they might be copyrighted. By that logo has been customized. It is not same as the real one --- srachit

Translation: all images (including football clubs logos) are copyrighted. If you say that the images are not just copies of the their logos, then I believe you. By the way, even their name is copyrighted and using the terms "eFIFA" or "FIFA" or "Fédération Internationale de Football Association or International Federation of Association Football" is not permitted (the whole FIFA page is under the "pressure" of their TOS).
“ FIFA grants you permission to view, store, print, reproduce and distribute any pages or download any material from the Website for personal non-commercial use only provided that (a) FIFA's status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of the Content is always acknowledged; ”
Only if the content was a copy from them - you have to state that they are the creators of the content.

The good part: even if it is your moral obligation not to copy any of their content without stating the source, you are not obliged to change/remove any content until they do not express an intimation towards this.
“ Except as expressly authorised by FIFA or its advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Website or the Software, in whole or in part. ”
Conclusion 1: no one is allowed even to modify FIFA content - rephrasing - you have a serious problem.
Conclusion 2: you may be asked (by "Admin") at some point to change/remove the content related to FIFA so no copyrights are breached.
My advice: read their Terms of Service top to bottom and if you have no idea what to do - send them an e-mail providing them the pages related to FIFA, explaining them what it is and asking if these pages breach their TOS.
The main idea: they have no reason to deny you the right to use their logos, their reputation and give you legal advice. Why do I state this - because if their content is posted on any site, it is indirect and free of charge advertisement for them. As long as you do not have intent to make money on their "reputation", you and them will have no problem in becoming friends.

Detail

No it isnt like that. See to join you have to pay an amount of gold/local currency.
Then you are an official player and the same way teams can be made. Then the team managers have to hire people to the team in the same way by paying gold/local currency. Then after that the games are scheduled and the games are put into a football simulator which simulates the match. Then the match is uploaded to a website (not sure which) and people can watch the match. Categories

I see you are creating categories. Please remember to categorize all new categories, if possible. For instance, all "Members of..." categories should have [[Category:Party Members]] and [[Category:Country name]] . Also, though it seems like you have been doing it, try not to create a category unless there is at least 2 articles that fit into the category. Srachit, do you know anything about The Brigade of The_Guards? Is the Brigade still active? Do you have any information that you can use to fill in the template? Sysop Task

Srachit, Hi. I have a task for you. The redirects are a mess (already). Can you please look at Special:ListRedirects and remove anything that is nonsense. That means

  • ego redirects (you will know them when you see them)
  • redirects because of spelling
  • redirects that have nothing linking to it
  • etc.

We are beginning a new program for the wiki, the eRepublik Official Wiki:Wiki Mentor Program. I need some feedback.

  1. Should those with mentors be called Mentees or Proteges? (I can't decide)
  2. What do you think of the presentation?
  3. What do you think of the pages and layout? Feel free to make any edits or tweaks to info.
  4. What do you think of the project overall? Is enough information given? Do you feel like the program is explained well enough? Is there enough guidance? And I know I still need info on the "Mentee pages"
  5. Do you think this will work?

Quick Deletion Please!

Can you delete Congress Elections in the UK please, it redirected to United Kingdom/Congress Elections and all pages that linked to this redirect (all one of them!) have now been changed - therefore this page has no further use.

Flash Map Extension

Hey I know that these are requests of agent but this is related to the Portal:Military so I shall keep it here.
