V.A.D.L.C is a military unit established in Serbia by Trico, a Legend of Chile, in order to establish a dictatorship in that country. The MU was founded in Day 2653 of the New World and in Day 2654 it has more than 300 soldiers and a budget of more than 1 million CC.
The announcement of the MU creation was made by Trico, himself, in his newspaper's article Be prepared... in English and Spanish.
