Venezuela-Colombia 2010's Conflict

At that time, there was much expectation between both countries by the change to Module V2, the Markets were broken, and no one was buying because no one fought.

In a crucial moment, the president of Venezuela, at that time Apocalypse I, decided ordering an attack on the Colombian Region of Orinoquia. This attack is now considered as The Most Memorable Battle in the history of Venezuela's Warfare. All sectors of Venezuela was joined to take Orinoquia, even though they had no official support from the Government. Citizens had paid from they pockets all that they need to fight, resulting in a Resounding Victory for Venezuela.

In the FAN Chat(for the first time) the Presidents of all Political Parties celebrated the same achievement. It joyous day was marked like the only time in which all political pretensions was left aside and came together as a Nation.

Orinoquia's back to Colombia

Spending days after the conflict between Venezuela and Colombia, the President of Venezuela Apocalypse I, met with his Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Hector Malave, and at that meeting, the Venezuelan Government Chief ordered to his Minister to coordinate the return of Orinoquia to the Republic of Colombia.

Several factors impeded in principle to carry out such regular delivery route, including distrust of the members of the Colombian Congress. Thus having to contact and personally convince many of the Congressmen and the President of Colombia, which in the end they were convinced that the Venezuelan government actually wanted, by peaceful means, return Orinoquia Region to the Colombians.

Venezuela Against Congress Take Over

  • December 23rd 2008

After 7 days looking for people interested in filling in the spots to become Congress member the three main parties of the country could already breathe. A good amount of the spots had already been covered and even though the fact that these would be Christmas affected elections and we weren't expecting a huge flow of voters, everything was going smoothly.

  • December 24th 2008

At the beginning of the day we got the biggest surprise of all. 19 guys from Romania had taken over the party called Bloque Obrero (with not even a single member in the Congress) and many others had started arriving flowing our country. That made us think something not exactly good was happening. During the whole day, we were absolutely amazed and kind of scared of what these people's intentions were and we decided to take some measurements in order to preserve our national reserves of gold and money.

It was pretty clear that these filibusters were taking over Venezuela.

  • December 25th 2008

When the elections started it was obvious that they were well prepared. Fortunately we were also ready to stop them but up to certain point they did a great job by taking 45% of the Congress having dragged from Romania and maybe some other countries more than 56 people that voted in our elections. The funny thing is that they couldn't even say a word in Spanish. We could see that that move had been prepared in advanced since they already had a company in Venezuela and had been working among us for, I guess, more than a week...

  • December 26th

Their first (and last) move: To impeach the President. Then, to change the minimum wage, to change the moving tickets tax and some others that were obvious attempts to drive our country into an outrageous internal chaos. Nevertheless, those attempts were prevented (very close calls in some cases)and their goals weren't fulfilled. At the end we were lucky, Russia declared war to Romania that same day and they started to resign. 14 of them left the country already and their places in the Congress are now empty. the other 5 are still "kidnapped" in their jobs due to our companies' managers decision to let them suffer a little bit at least for the remaining 2 days they have to resign their positions in their new jobs.

We have been informed that this already happened in Slovakia and Japan, so be cautious, specially if you are a citizen of a small country because you can be next.

If you ask for it I can give you the names of the "pirates" so that you can make sure not to go through the same dramatic soap-opera we have been part of.

I am part of the "liberation group".

but before you start cursing..hear me out. I take great joy when I see a country that manages to gather around a pillar, and finds resources to fight a takeover. I don't know what my superiors think, but I am sincere when I think that unsuccessful takeovers are the best things that can happen in a middle level country.

These actions, bring the whole community together, and make old enemies fight for a common goal, realising that together they can build a strong nation.

In this case I think it was a nice example, as Venezuela managed to win by a nose the elections. If I were you I would start a legend, a myth out of this, a pillar for the new history.

I hope that your leaders (which I respect a lot now) will manage to keep up the good work, and make a new powerful and resourceful power in Latin America.

Again this is not a joke, and I know a lot of you will mock me, but this is how i see things, wherever good is powerful there is a challenging evil.. so we are the challenging evil that everyone needs now and then.

PS: This is my personal belief and probably some others, but i don't guarantee that everyone in our group see things like this.

Good luck again, sebahmah

Venezuela Against Congress Take Over - Hall Of Shame

The Aftermath

Writer: NoMotherlandWithoutYou

  • Note: I will not be having this translated into Spanish. Suffice to say, you have shunned us thus far, I do not expect much from this.

So, Venezuela is gone, sacrificed by our loyal president to the dogs of Colombia, Brazil and others. Congratulations, your selfless interests as head of the country against the *chan popular uprising has worked, I think.

You've forced us into a scenario of banditry, something I can honestly say was not our intention, out of frustration against the policies of the your administration and the previous, of the general climate and your reactions to us. You threw a rock at a bear... did you you not expect for it to react?

There are many things that led to this, almost too many to name. I'm not going to go too in depth, but I'll list some of the high points.

//--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- //---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Flying in voters violated the sovereignty of the country: We came here to live, to thrive. Those who came here and used Venezuela as an ALA puppet regime came only to rape democratic elections and leave them as naked as a man is born. At the time this started, after the split in PLDV into LFDR/UN; how could you have known who we are? Our intentions? No, blacklisted from the start because of a native Venezuelan who PLDV at one time endorsed for presidency, despite him not being a *channer.

Ultra-nationalism: "Venezuela is for Venezuelans" - don't make me laugh. In an article, a comment was made relating an English speaker in Venezuela akin to a Spanish speaker in Russia and a lack of consideration to that person made.

A poor example, considering Russia's own battle with ultra-nationalism and it's "Russia First" policies.

Secrecy in the native "united front" against us: Admittedly, the thread was later made public but only after an outcry was made. The point is, you accused us of wrongdoings, of secret planning against you, yet you all secretly planned against the country as a whole. This abandonment of democracy transformed you into the same thing as the delusional figures that you made us out to be.

"Attempts to reach out": No successful attempt was made for true communication. Alas, in the final days a few attempts were made; one from the head of the Uruguay TO-"anti-TO" brigade that didn't happen because he 'forgot'...more then 20 of us were assembled. We offered for him to show up later in that day, still he did not show. There also was an offer from a "native" to MuscleRoller, that if I remember correctly, went silent after he inquired as to when it would take place and there was an offer from myself made on one of the numerous articles concerning us, that was ignored. I cannot stress enough the importance of communication. Think of how much could have been avoided, how this all would have turned out differently?

Demands by the president: You would really sacrifice the entire land from the hands of everyone, demanding the money returned and all congressional members of LFDR/FFF to resign their seats as a restitution and that everyone thing would be "good" between us. Oh how I doubt your sincerity. That lead to my final point...

Abandonment of the country: As per the Minister of Defense's orders, the Venezuelan "Armed Forces" were in Argentina fighting against Peru. Where were you to defend your land? To conclude, to those this is directed at, this has been brought upon by yourself. I will not say our reaction was "right" but like the bombing of Dresdan in World War II, I believe it was justified. If Venezuela returns in the future, I most likely won't be there. Alas, do not celebrate. If you have learned nothing from this experience, if you have not learned that to brand a group as essentially enemies of the state even before their intentions are known, you are doomed to repeat it.

Let all the "progress" of the old Venezuela burn like the scorched Earth that is left; when the time is right, take all that has happened.. learn from it, and adapt to fix all that was wrong.

"...summing up, as it were, all that has been expounded above, my reply to the question: 'What is to be done?' can be put briefly: Liquidate the Third Period." - V.I. Lenin's "What Is to Be Done?", 1902
