Vroteier9 was born on Apr 11, 2010, Day 873 of the New World, as a South African Citizen Matt Le Roux. He was born in Gauteng which was at the time under the control of Brazil. It wasn't long before he joins the South African community & was assigned to Tronyx as a student by Bishop-X. Soon after, Matt becomes interested in Politics & he quickly joined the South African Military Capitalist Party under which we would serve his first term in Congress as a representative from Gauteng on the 25th May 2010.
Vroiter would end up being elected several times in Congress of South Africa and was an active South African politician. However, in 2012, Vroiter moves to Switzerland, a country that he refers to as vacation home where he also played a role in Swiss politics.
