Walen II was born on December 25 of 2013, however, he played before with his former account Alexandre Walen since 2012. He was a citizen of Estonia, Brazil, Switzerland, South Korea, Italy and Lithuania. Walen is RL (Real Life) Brazilian.
History
Alexandre Walen
Walen was a Swiss politician in his former account. In May 2013 he was named Swiss Minister of Foreign Affairs for the first time. He assumed the ministry again in September of the same year, leading the talks between Switzerland and Slovenia.
He was elected President of Switzerland in October 2014 while Switzerland was in a critical moment. The country has no Congress since June due to the war against Slovenia, the economy was collapsed and the community was not active. Even with so many problems, he faced the interests of the elite politicians of Switzerland and started a successful campaign to release Switzerland from Slovenia and fly to Canada, resulting in getting a congress and liberating 6k golds from the Swiss treasure, this campaign was called Graub-und-Run. It was also in his term that the Educational Challenge, the Swiss Community Awards and the Swiss University was created, revolutionizing the social and educational system of the country. The political fights after his term and the low strength of his account led him to take a rest and start with a new account: Walensk.
The Beginning in Brazil
Walen started its political life in Brazil during the Argentine occupation. In January 2014 he was Brazilian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, however, he returned to Switzerland in February.
Political Movements in Switzerland
In March 2014 Walen was named Spokesman of his political party, Advance. These were turbulent times in Switzerland because multi-accounts were constantly joining the Swiss Freedom Party and Advance, causing conflicts between the main parties of the country. In order to detect the multies and help the new citizens, the Bottle Advance Project (BAP) was created by Walen and Black Whiter, increasing the participation of new citizens in the community and helping them become a good fighter through the "Tanker Tutorial".
Swiss Presidency and ProSirius
After working in social projects by his party, Walen was elected President of Switzerland and Director General of ProSirius countries (Military group of 11 countries working together with the Sirius alliance) in May 2014. His term was marked by a strong opposition of the Swiss Freedom Party, but even with so many attacks by the opposition, the government did keep its neutrality on Swiss political fights. The record number of tutorials reached by the Ministry of Education, the defence organisation against Romania and the diplomatical influence of Switzerland contributed to the re-election of Walen in June 2014.
Switzerland was invaded by Romania and Walen was re-elected director of the ProSirius in June. His efforts to sign an agreement with Romania failed and a RW was started by the Ministry of Defence in June 22. Much money was spent by the Swiss Government in the RW of Graubuden, however, the battle was lost and Switzerland didn't get a congress. The pressure over Walen after the failed campaign against Romania and the hard job in ProSirius led him to give up of the re-election and assume the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the next month.
Fourth Term and Root
In the middle of July, the Root alliance was created under his leadership. The alliance was primarily composed by former ProSirius countries, although got a new member 2 days later, when Georgia was accepted into the alliance. To keep the foreign policy of the last governments, Walen was elected once again President of Switzerland in August 2014. His fourth term received many positive opinions even by the opposition once the government opened public debates to discuss all national issues. It was also in his term Switzerland had an economic reform when the daily income jumped from 400CHF to 800CHF.
The same scenario of his first government in 2013 repeated in his last term, Walen was highly criticized by a group of citizens who wanted to assume the presidency, leading him to definitely leave Switzerland. Out of Switzerland, Walen traveled to Lithuania, Brazil (Starting there a journalistic career), South Korea, Lithuania (Becoming Lithuanian MoFA twice) and now Italy. Under his leadership, Root was able to get a congress for all its members and beat the LETO forces in the Root-Leto War.
Lithuania and temporarily quitting
In January 2015, Walen became Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs. During his term, Lithuania did cut American expansion to Eastern Europe and was invaded by Poland at the end of the month. He was named for MoFA once again in February, leading the NAP negotiations and reaching a deal with Poland, however, the population refused the Polish terms. Following those happenings and the failure of the Root campaign for Slovak congress, Walen did temporarily quit from eRepublik, returning to the game as 2-click in May to help Switzerland against the Romanian PTO. At the end of May 2015, he moved to Italy, attending a friendly request.
Estonia and Switzerland
Walen fully returned to the game in the middle of 2015, changing his citizenship to Estonia and becoming MoFA in the country for 3 consecutive months. In January 2016 he returned to Switzerland to help in the development of Republica, his friend's party.
