October 2015 West Balkans War was a conflict started by Croatia declaring Serbia as a natural enemy. According to the President of Croatia, WiperBH, the cause of the attack is Serbia violating terms of the non-official NAP the two countries have agreed on[1]. The existence of the NAP has not been neither confirmed nor denied by the government of Serbia.
More countries have joined the war afterwards, resulting in loss of congress for Serbia for the first time since 2012.

Prelude
On October 15, Croatia has proposed Hungary as a natural enemy. At the same time, Hungary was having a heavy war against Ukraine, who was supported by fighters from Croatia, Greece, Turkey and several more countries; that made it impossible for it to reply with the natural enemy towards Croatia until the war with Ukraine was over. Government of Hungary published an article[2] claiming that "Croatia broke the long-existing gentlemens' agreement, and started voting on NE to Hungary", and asked for help from Serbia and Slovenia. Serbian President soon proposed Croatia as a natural enemy[3] and published the article of support towards Hungary[4]. President of Croatia replied that there was no agreement between Croatia and Hungary and that the NE proposal was a joke. He also claimed that Serbia broke the non-official non aggression pact the two countries have agreed on[5]. Right after NE law proposal towards Hungary was rejected[6], another one was sent to Serbia[7].
The existence of the NAP has not been neither confirmed nor denied by the government of Serbia. Though some of the terms were mentioned in articles' comments, neither side has accepted the requests to publish the logs or full terms of the alleged agreement.

Controversies
Hungarian attack
When plan to save Serbian congress was made, it was decided that Hungary should attack Croatia in Northwest Croatia. Leaving Slavonia free was supposed to allow Romania to propose Croatia as a natural enemy as soon as possible. However, Hungarian president, imbuszkulcs222, decided to attack Slavonia, thus delaying Romanian NE on Croatia. Hungarian players claimed that Romania should have airstriked Croatia directly and helped Serbia faster that way. More details can be found in the following articles:
Several months later (January 2016) it was discovered that imbuszkulcs222 is another account of susususk (account got permanently banned soon after the discovery), former Hungarian president who stole the money from the national bank and tried to sign MPP with Croatia and NE Serbia.
Romanian–Greek relations
Due to Romanian attack on Croatia, Romania and Greece lost MPP that had been continuously signed since 2009. Many Greeks felt disappointed by the decision and decided to support Croatia. Croatia has also been officially supported by Greek government through battle orders and combat orders.
After Romania defeated Croatia in the Serbian core regions, they were supposed to be given back to Serbia through resistance wars. While both Serbia and Romania had orders and fought on the resistance side, Greek players massively tanked on Romanian side in Sumadija[8], which enraged Romanian players. The resistance war failed and the region stayed in Romanian possession for an additional day. The next RW was successful and Romania had withdrawn from Serbian core regions. This, however, had negative impact on Romanian–Greek relations. After several days, the MPP was renewed, only to be lost after Romania attacked Croatia again (See RoSe–Croatia War (November 2015)).
Notes
- ↑ Canada was military taken over by Albania. The dictator caused the loss of almost all allied MPPs of Canada.
