• Check for non-routine/grammatical changes in history.
• Population compared to current.
• Hospital quality & Defence quality (both sections).
• Raw materials.
• Neighbouring Regions - change owners if it has changed
• Members of Parliament
• Change link to previous election http://www.erepublik.com/en/elections/country-29-election-congress-0-date-2010-03-region-22
