The 2nd Infantry Division was a unit of the United States Army and later United States Army Group East. The Second Division Motto was "Second to None".

United States Army

Notable are two previous COs of the Second Division in the United States Army, HeadmistressTalia and Drake Koeth. The division was last headed by Headmistress Talia, who is well known for her political history with the Libertarian Party, however, she has been very capable in a military capacity as well. Drake Koeth was a valuable resource for the Army and is sorely missed. He is now an officer in the United States Airborne after resigning as Second Division CO following personal issues.

The Second Division in the U.S. Army was last under the command of Zsandmann and his XO Oscar H. Mountain.

United States Army Group East

On the 12th February 2010, the United States Army was split into three branches, and 2nd Division was transferred to the newly created United States Army Group East.

United States Cavalry

On the 30th June 2010, as a result of the re-branding of Army Group East as the United States Cavalry, the 2nd Infantry Division was transferred and renamed the 1st Cavalry Regiment.

It has since been deactivated.
