In May 2011, he was appointed by masbro to be the Government Positions of Indonesia as Minister of Communication and Information. * November 2011, he was selected as the Vice President, in KeRTaJaYa's cabinet. He was soon promoted to Deputy Military Commander of ONE.

In August 2012 Admiral Proudmoore entered the Philippines and was elected party president of smallest party Filipino Communist Party.

He was elected to Congress of the Philippines in Luzon region and was a Member of the 41st Congress of the Philippines. During his stay in the Philippines, he was declared Personae non Gratae. People included in this list were prohibited from being granted Filipino citizenship and conducting affairs in the Philippines. They were considered as enemies of the state.
