Wellness Program

If a worker had at least one week of experience and his wellness was below 80, he had the opportunity to purchase 10 wellness points for Flag-USA.jpg 10 USD. This was roughly a 30% discount on the current price for gifts and was less expensive than buying higher quality food.

Housing Program

If a worker had 75% of the money saved for a level two quality home (or greater), GrainGrainGrain offered interest-free loans for the remaining 25% that was repaid via payroll deduction.

Canadian Armed Forces Support

Supporting Canada means supporting our armed forces, and if a worker must travel to fight, GrainGrainGrain saved worker spot for his/her return. CAF members could use the wellness program to regain their strength to limit of 60% (instead of 80% for non-CAF members).

Severance

Turn-over among new employees could be high, and if a new employee had a poor attendance record he/she would probably get fired. Fortunately, GrainGrainGrain offered severance equivalent to two days of wages to help workers get back on his feet.
