How to upgrade

From your company page, you can access a lot of buttons on the left menu.

One of them is "Production quality" and you can use it to upgrade the quality of your production.

When you upgrade your production quality, your stock and all your sells are erased.

However, your "unit" counter remains.

Requirements

Employees

If you upgrade your quality, you have an employee requirement:

• Q1 -> Q2, you need 2 employees
• Q2 -> Q3, you need 5 employees
• Q3 -> Q4, you need 7 employees

Employees Skills

In order to production level 2 quality good, an employee must have at least 2 in the skill he uses to work.

For level 3 quality good, he needs 3 in the skill, etc.

You cannot hire employees under the skill requirement !

Cost

You must have gold in your company account to upgrade your company.

• Level 2 quality worth 20 GOLD
• Level 3 quality worth 50 GOLD
• Level 4 quality worth 100 GOLD

NOTE: You pay another 10 GOLD for every employee who has the skill lower than the quality you are upgrading to!
