Chihiroh, formerly known as Yannis de Leeuw, was a citizen of 
Belgium and daughter of MCKitkat and Aniisha. She has been multiple times Minister of Home Affairs.
Short History
Yannis was born in October 2012 of an already existing account. She has been very active on the forums and on IRC which gave her the chance to get appointed as Minister of Home Affairs one month later.
She was adopted by MCKitkat and Aniisha and is the sister of Tony Clifford.
She was elected as Judge in the Supreme Cort of Belgium in June 2013 but resigned one month later due to holidays.

Military
Yannis joined the Belgian Training Academy. She stayed there for a long time, being the 2nd Commander of the Unit. After the departure of MCKitkat as Commander of the BTA, she was appointed as the new commander. She soon left the BTA, and after the BTA Incident joined the Awesome Boot Camp. She has been an official member of the Belgian National Army for a long time and received her supplies even though she was in other Units (as she was helping new citizens).
