Cold Hearted Snake (Born: Dec 16, 0002 SC) was born in the high time of the great American President and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gaius Julius. He was born as this great leader learned the age-old maxim, 'You don't fight a land war in Asia!'

Born during the heady days of the American Military launching Operation Three Pillars, it was in the days when the key to the back-door of Europe hung just out of reach. President Jewitt, after defeating Josh Frost, announced a campaign to conquer three high iron regions in Asia: Karnataka, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning. The opening shots of the Asian War began with the invasion of Japan, America entered into this campaign of liberation to free China, India, and parts of Korea. With effective use of the surge strategy during the closing minutes of battle and the cooperation of the countries it sought to free, the US successfully freed China and India, however, they could not open the back-door into Europe. With the liberation of Karnataka and the failed attempt to take Heilongjiang, the America Military offensive in the Asia War stalled two pillars short. America's attention was distracted by those who wanted to 'Kill Redcoats' and with the Invasion of the United Kingdom, America's plans in Asia were temporarily put on hold. With the American Executive and Congress pulling support of the Asian Plan of Gaius Julius and the America public being content with the occupation of Karnataka, Giaus Julus, like the old soldier of the ballad, closed his political and military careers; immigrated to Europe and just faded away.
