During the 2011 congressional elections, citizens voted for an individual candidate on a party list in a certain region. Data about which region was represented by each candidate was also lost due to the changes in the in-game political module.

Following are the results of the Congress elections in Albania during 2011.

Technical Congress

When Albania was introduced in the game on November 11, 2011 a Technical Congress was set up in coordination between the administrators of the game and the oldest Albanian players. This technical congress had the following members: Crista22, Napoleon 54, Kris Hasa and Arsène Lupin III. Their duty was to avoid PTOs and to grant citizenship only to the Albanian players which were already numerous.
