Singapore held its first Congress elections in February 2009. For the whole of 2009, 10 Congress members sat in each Congress, as Singapore constantly controlled one region when the elections took place.

Following are the results of the elections in 2009, parties are ranked primarily by the number of votes won (not the number of Congress seats).
