For the whole of 2010, as it was in 2009, 10 Congress members sat in each elected Congress, as Singapore constantly controlled one region when the elections took place. Citizens could vote for one of the candidates from the region.

Two parties that were part of each Congress in 2010 are Singapore Republican Party (SRP) and Birthday Party (BP), while the best individuals are Thedark ace (elected 7 times in 2010, every time with SRP) and Teh You Jing (elected 5 times in 2010, every time with BP).

Following are the results of the Congress elections in Singapore during 2010; Parties are primarily ranked by the number of votes won (not the number of Congress seats).
