Deputy Secretary General (alliance)

Deputy Secretary General is a political title of an Aliance. This person is usually charged with taking control of situations when the elected Secretary general is absent.

As a cabinet position appointed by the Secretary general, Deputy Secretary General can't replace the Secretary General if he/she is banned or dies. However, that position implies the person appointed to it is the second-in-command in the Alliance.
