Citizen permanently suspended for no respecting TOS (actually was part of 2011 eRepublik Rebellion)
Howly was a citizen of Slovenia. He got banned and started playing again using a new account, Ice Killa.
He is most notably known for having served as President of Slovenia and martyring himself to the infamous admin banhammer during what became known as the 2011 eRepublik Rebellion. He was one of many elected Country presidents that signed the 2011 eRepublik Rebellion/Charter but did not survive the event.
Employment
Howly had a very good Manufacturing skill and was a valued employee. He has received 17 Hard Worker medals.
Politics
He served 13 terms as a Congress Member.
His major achievement is to serve 5 full terms as Country President of Slovenia, as well as one interim term and one unofficial interim term. He came in power in December 2009, when the current president was removed from power. In January 2010, he was still running the country, although unofficially, as Croatia conquered Slovenia. Interesting fact, he was a candidate on Croatian presidential elections that month, as his party was moved to Croatia. Of course, he was not successful, ending fourth.
On the other hand, Slovenia was liberated, and he was elected with ease in the February 2010 elections. Howly repeated the success in June 2010, December 2010, January 2011 and February 2011.
Military
He achieved a military rank of 
V1 Field Marshal.

Death
After dying, Howly sent a message to the eRepublik administration team. He received the following response:

Still, the actions that happened are an insult to the other players and to the eRepublik project as a concept. Now, in order to make things clear: the Presidents accounts that posted those laws will never be unbanned. You are free to start a new account and help us building furthermore eRepublik and I am here to help you if you need it. ” |
