IIS is the UIP's Investigation Service. The service was created in late June of 2010. Its main goal was to secure the UIP and other parties from PTOers and Multis. The service served both the UIP and UIIP. Both parties had members in the IIS.
IIS was disbanded in January 2011.

Formation of the IIS
During the last few days of June 2010, the UIP leadership thought it would be great for a security branch to be created to secure the party. This Branch would be the Independence Investigation Service. The branch would be under the direction of Kazeal at the beginning of its creation. The main reason it was created was due to the PTO threats and that the party or congress could be PTOed at any moment. The mission was to screen Congress and blocker candidates for any sign of PTO or Multis.
IIS Duties
The IIS worked on several big operations during a month:
- They work on securing the UIP and other parties from PTO and Multis during the Congressional elections. They also screened Congress Candidates and Blockers.
- The IIS has also helped in Party President Elections by screening candidates
What IIS stands for
Independence- An independently ran service, owned and run by the United Independents Party and its sister party the United Israeli Independents Party
Investigation- A service investigating citizens for signs of illegal activity.
Service- All agents are sworn agents of the law. It is their duty to serve the IIS and the UIP.
Affiliation
The IIS was affiliated with the United Bureau of Investigation from August 2010. The bureau was made up of 4 parties.
