The Indonesia-USA War, also known in Indonesia as the Operation: Goes To Hawaii Holiday and colloquially as The Great Pacific Fire Drill, was a military conflict that occurred in March 2011 between Indonesia and the USA, with some inclusion by US-allied China.

The war began on March 1, 2011, when Indonesia attacked the USA territory of Hawaii in an unprovoked attack. The two powers had maintained an uneasy peace in the months leading up to the war, and though both felt a war was approaching, it remained unclear which of the two would initiate a military conflict.

Indonesia had established a strong alliance-stack with NWO aligned powers, while the USA had just entered into the newly formed Terra global alliance. China would also prove to be a strong US supporter and entered into the conflict once Indonesia attacked Hawaii.

After the attack, and considering the international alliance stack of both countries, a possible Global War became imminent. However, upon hearing of the attack, Terra member states Brazil and Argentina took a stance of non-involvement due to pre-existing MPP agreements that had not yet expired, though both vowed to ask their citizens to reframe from engaging on the side of Indonesia.

Indonesia had long standing positive relations with Argentina and to a lesser degree, Brazil. This further complicated the ability of some Terra members from living up to their obligations with the USA. In fact, Argentina's MPP with Indonesia expired before the war was complete, and the country renewed it despite its established alliance with the USA.

Additionally, Indonesia had strong ties (without membership) to several countries in the NWO alliance, making the conflict a potential flash-point for a world war involving the three major active alliances NWO, Terra, and EDEN. Ultimately this proved to not be the case.

Initially, Indonesia made some ground after conquering and holding Hawaii on their first attempt, under what they had dubbed Operation: Goes To Hawaii Holiday, and shortly thereafter attacked California on March 4, 2011, but were firmly repelled. The cause of their defeat was attributed primarily to the USA and its allies making a strong military defense, but may have also been a result of the attack coinciding with the "President's Rebellion", which had resulted in the mass-banning of many players (particularly Country Presidents) and the turmoil that the Rebellion caused as many players struggled with the community-wide discontent, banning, and abandonment of the game by long-standing players.

The USA declared Indonesia as its natural enemy on March 10, 2011, in response to the unprovoked attack on California and the ongoing occupation of Hawaii. On March 13, 2011, the USA recaptured Hawaii and the following day began an assault on the Indonesian territory of Papua, but were repelled.

Meanwhile, China a strong ally of the USA, had been fighting a draining series of Resistance Wars and attacks upon Indonesian territories, allowing them to push into the Indonesian-occupied territory of Mindanao and attack it on the same day that the USA attacked Papua. Mindanao was captured by China and shortly thereafter Kalimantan was attacked.

The following days saw China offering up little more penetration into Indonesian held territory, and eventually, the country withdrew from military engagements. Meanwhile, the USA occupied Papua briefly once more, but was again repelled. Indonesia once again attempted to seize Hawaii, but was unsuccessful. Further attacks and counter-attacks continued in the territories of Papua and Hawaii, with neither country able to occupy foreign held territory. As a result, a stalemate was declared and on March 20, 2011 and the Indonesian-USA War officially came to an end.^[2]
