Kharchy was a citizen of Canada.
He was banned permanently at the beginning of June 2009. He was accused of managing multiple accounts, although he states that he only shared his PC and ran a company with other family users, namely his brothers. On the day of his ban, he informed his party and his fellow congressional members about this incident, and he hoped that the admins will reconsider their decisions, which later happened.
He was reincarnated and tried to recover from the loss of his previous life. Due to PEACE's campaign in the American continent, he didn't have the opportunity to return to Canada, nor he thinks that the country would welcome him anymore because of his nationality.
