The following is the Law of Help of 
Cuba.
TRAINING GROUNDS AID
1. On the Sales day when amount for improving the training grounds will be reduced, the Government of Cuba will give 
3,000 CUP to the citizen who asked for the aid with the unique goal of improving the training grounds.
2. The citizen has to fulfill next requirements:
- 2.1. Having Cuban citizenship
- 2.2. Having at least 2 hard worker medals.
- 2.2.1. In case of not having them, citizen could ask for the support of the Party president of the Party in which s/he is member of, or the Commander of his/her MU, who must confirm that s/he is not a multi. (in the case in which the vouched citizen dies or is banned within a month, the person who vouched for him/her must give back the money to the State).
- 2.3. Making 2 screen captures. The first one in which the training grounds are not improved and the second one once they are improved. Both captures have to contain date and time.
3. The Government, after the verification of the conditions, will have maximum 72 hours to give the aid.
- 3.1. Upon announcing the aid, the government allocates a total maximum of 5% of the money it possess at the time.
- 3.2. If the number of applicants means higher costs than 5% of the state's treasury that time a commission between 2 parties with more members of that time, plus a representative of the executive, who will decide his judgment will be created and an objective, balanced way, observing whether the applicant has the support of parties or military units and serving the interests of the nation; who finally receive the help.
4. The Government is compromised to publish the day of the sales of the training grounds, an article with the necessary requirements to apply for the help and the person of the Government with which you must put in contact in case of any doubt.
4.1. If the rebate is day 5 or 6 of the month, the Government may take up to 48 hours to publish the article.
5. The Government should take a control in a document all grants and shall check that the upgrades are valid with respect to the history of the applicant.
6. The Government shall provide access or copy of art. 5 to next government before the 7th of each month.
TRAINING CONTRACTS AID
1. The sales day for the acquisition of the training contract with the 90% of discount will give 2,000 CUP to each Cuban citizen who ask for it with the unique intention of acquiring it.
2. Citizen who asks for the aid, must have the following requirements:
- Being eCuban citizen.
- Having all Q4 Training grounds.
- Making 3 screen captures. A first one with the improved training. A second one with the pending hours (if s/he has it) and a third one with the new hours once they have the aid. All with date and time.
- Having less than 30,000 Strength
- Having less than 20 Battle hero medals.
3. The Government after reviewing the requisites will have 72 hours to give the aid.
4. The Government must publish the sales day an article with the necessary requirements to ask for the help and the person of the Government with whom you must put in contact with if you have any doubt.
