He was the second president of Spain as a member of AlianzaS party (later CyD).

During January The elected president Aliatar disappeared shortly after being elected, leaving the country abandoned for almost a month. Without the president, the taxes couldn't be changed, but the country didn't stop its evolution. Without Aliatar, the Partido Socialista Demócrata Español changed its leader to n37, who with the help of MGR, reformed and renamed the party to AlianzaS. n37 was appointed Country president to replace inactive president.

During February elections n37 actually tied for the first place with the candidate of the Unión de Ciudadanos de Centro, but beat him by having more experience. During his mandate Forum of Spain was created where Spanish citizens could meet and discuss matters.

It was a month in which political and economic activity in Spain grew a lot, although his mandate fell into disgrace when he was accused of corruption for the sale of a hospital to Barcelona, and he ended the days of the presidency by leaving.
