The Newspaper Alliance of eChina' (abbr. NAC), was an alliance consisting of 24 members. It was founded by and 
Chinese citizen Little Sam and there were also many other co-founders.
Its purpose is summarized in the preamble:
| “ This is the alliance of "free speech and mutual win" for the purpose of communication between its members through information, resource sharing, creating a ranked Newspaper, collaborative development conditions; promoting newspaper's enthusiasm for writing, and protection of related rights of newspapers, etc. to create a favorable environment for development and infrastructure, and jointly promote the healthy development of newspaper. ” |

Alliance Leadership
The Committee has the ability to select the top 3 articles of the week for special prizes and also selects the newspapers which will receive the gifts such as money from the Chinese Ministry of Education.
The Alliance Committee will be changed on the 13th Day of each month through voting and the votes will be counted by the previous committee.
