She was born in Kanto, province of Japan.
Her first job was with Maebashi Rice. She was a loyal employee to this company, even buying her daily food from Maebashi Ramen to support her employer. She then became inactive for a while and when she returned, she began to work for J G r a i n s. After an even longer absence, she began working at Loli Food. A change of career came and she left the food industry to become an employee of Cruel Weapons.
Nozomi was always active in Japan's community and early in her career, she decided to get into politics. She joined the United Lolies of Japan party, because she shared their views, and has been a devoted member ever since.
When the October 2009 Congress elections came around, she ambitiously ran in Chugoku. Even though it was her first month, she still managed to win, getting the same amount of votes as Metic, the more experienced congressman who won the other seat in the region. She remained active in Congress for her whole term. In the following month, she tried to run in Gangwon-do, but missed getting in because she was unable to make a vote for herself. She became mostly inactive for a period of time after, but returned to activity in February when she was elected congresswoman of Hokkaido.
In January 2012, she became the Minister of Culture under Sophia Forrester's term as country president. Under Geezus, there was no Minister of Culture but in March 2012 under Chise E. Tamai term as country president, she returned to the position. She was adamant about reviving Empress Day, and having more activities in the Japan community.
Nozomi publishes a newspaper called Tentacle Shinbun. It was previously named Mirai Wishes, but the name was changed in January. Its first article was published to encourage people to participate in October 2009 Empress Day competitions (11.Oct.2009). Nozomi herself was participating in the Empress Day events and had entered Urumi Kanzaki. However, Saber (managed by Levertand) won the Empress competition instead. It was later used for her congress candidate speeches. Later on, she entered Euphemia li Britannia as Empress and was successful.
As Minister of Culture, she made sure to run the Empress Day and was enthusiastic about starting other activities.
