The Paratroopers (Paras) was a military unit of the United Kingdom. Although it is apolitical, The Paratroopers are operated primarily by members of the United Kingdom Reform Party, due to its recent renovation. The unit was previously known as the UKRP Hydra and many members of the Hydra stayed during the transition to the Paras. The unit takes its name from the Parachute Regiment of the British Army. The two units are unaffiliated. The Paratroopers were resurrected on Day 2015 by Dishmcds, James Scarlet, Dnouser, and Lionbeard. Scarlet, Lionbeard, and Dish managed the Unit. Dnouser, after the Unit was up and running, returned to the Royal Navy. Dish gave Scarlet control of the unit, after a brief instance of inactivity. Scarlet pushed recruitment into overdrive and brought kcirp on to help manage the unit.
Scarlet left the Unit, and the Command fell to Chemical Chaos. The Unit has since fallen into disrepair.
