Pepu Duque de SEGORBE, was a citizen of Spain, born at the end of June 2008 in Zaragoza. He has also resided in Murcia, Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, La Rioja and Palma de Mallorca for political and military reasons.

Pepu was invited to the New World during closed Beta, by lamatxin.

Like any rookie, the first few weeks he dedicated himself to getting to know the New World and integrating himself into the social life that it brought.

Politics

At first, he joined the Partido Media Vida (PMV), since he considered that his political orientation was the one that most closely matched his in reality (center-right), but he soon left that party to become part of Proyecto Fénix, a project that he has stayed with for a long time.

After the extinct regional elections of July 20, Pepu read an article in which the president of the Government of Aragon, chabier (Izquierda Democratica Española), pointed out that the post of Minister of the Interior was vacant and decided to show him his willingness to occupy said ministry. Chabier (Pepu's father-in-law, as he himself points out) agreed to occupy that council, and his political life began there. Pepu would hold this position for 3 legislatures, until the end of regional politics due to the arrival of V1.

On August 10, he decided to run for the Party presidential elections of Proyecto Fénix (PF) with an ambitious, albeit very green, program that betrayed his insufficient experience as a member of PF. Pepu was third after Bologna and Dhoo and was appointed by the first as Secretary of Regional Coordination.

On August 20 he ran for mayor of Zaragoza with the sole ambition of getting a seat in parliament. To his surprise, his candidacy won two seats and Pepu decided to give one of them to Findus, a member of Ciudadanos y Democracia. As a result of this act, he began his good relationship with said party and with the then president Nesan Keihan-Tohoku. This good relationship allowed Pepu to run for congress on the Ciudadanos y Democracia lists without there being an agreement between parties. In addition, he became the 2nd Vice President of Congress, one of the positions that most enriched him in his entire life.

On September 1, Pepu was elected as a congress member. In addition, he was appointed Secretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs headed by Adritxan (IDE).

Proyecto Fénix

Proyecto Fénix was born as an alternative to political parties that deal with political affairs with too much influence from the real world. The Project was born to gather technocrats citizens whose main objective is to work and cooperate with the governing and being independent of any ideology.

In October, he decided to run again for the PF presidential elections with a much more mature, solid and coherent program.

On October 10 (revalidated on the 15th due to the passage from Beta to V1) he became president of Proyecto Fénix and put his entire program into practice.

His first initiative was to create 6 Area Secretariats to diversify the tasks by work areas, putting various members in charge of each of them, with Vice President Basquiat as support.

He founded the Or Phoenix Project and launched the party's official newspaper. In addition, during his legislature, the first political program of the Phoenix Project was presented, as a sign of independence from other parties and coalitions.

In the November 5 elections, it was decided to support the candidate Allyenna (IDE) since her candidacy was considered the best.

On November 15, he ran for reelection with a continuations program but lost to Scott, who trusted him as vice president.

In the December 15 elections, Scott was re-elected (he was the only candidate).
