Pingo Wellmann

Pingo Wellman was a Spanish citizen, member of the Ciudadanos y Democracia party. He was two times elected as Oviedo mayor, in April and in May 2008, in May in coalition with Partido Media Vida.
He also was candidate to Spanish Congress but he was not elected. He left erepublik when Koldo Berlanga and his friend Victor Vega, mayor of Palma de Mallorca, abandoned the game.
As mayor, he created the SO Asturian Government and a Asturian Government Holding. He was the last non Partido Media Vida mayor of Oviedo.
