Arthk was a highly successful politician both in his home of Portugal and in the PEACE Global Community. He has served Portugal as a Congress member, a member of its Cabinet, and as its President twice and Vice President once. During his term as Vice President, he was elected as the Secretary-General of the PEACE Global Community, taking the reins from Bulgarian Sec'y-Gen. bimba. He served in that position for the month of February '09, after which Zocky was elected. When Zocky stepped down in June 2009, Arthk was again elected to the Secretary-Generalship. (More...)
