Politics

Potaatti was congress member in Finland and active member an anarchist party of Finland Red Jihad. His first party, for a short-time, was Sininen Puolue.

In the Autumn of 2009, Potaatti moved to Singapore where he soon became part of the political scene. Elected in October and November 2009 as Minister of Fun.

He was the first Party President of Tewionist Party of Singapore. Potaatti won the election against Parrington (December 2010) in what was then Singapore National Unity Party. After the elections, the name changed to Tewionist Party of Singapore and the party gathered new members. TPS's first official Congress candidates (December 2010) were Arctica, ReijoRitari, Potaatti and Zesmaster2. A month later, in January 2011, Potaatti was elected to Congress of Singapore.

Upon his return to Finland, Potaatti became a member of the Sinivalkoinen Liitto with which he became a member of Congress of Finland. In 2015, he started Red Jihad Reborn, a party he led for a month, from July to August 2015. In June 2019, with Red Jihad Reborn, Potaatti was elected again to the Congress of Finland.

Military

Potaati started a military unit SSR. During his stay in Singapore, he was an active member of eSingapore Military Corps. In Finland he served in the Finnish military unit Rependary Forces.
