There are four different military skills:

Increasing skills

Military skills can be trained in training grounds. You will also get skill points from fighting against other players and by conquering tiles.

Military progress is calculated considering a default of Training for 8 Hours with 100 Health / 100 Happiness, each skill everyday and adding a 10% bonus. (~ 8.8 hours)
