Create company restriction

Anyone get "There are no [resource] in [this area]." message when creating a company? I am confused why this message occurs. Usually it is when the resource is low in the region, but there should be no restriction in creating harvester company, or do there? --Irvan Putra 04:48, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

In Rising, you are not allowed to create companies in regions with low resources. The fact that you are receiving that message works as intended. What the message says is not all right. Please report the message for its wording. --Belea2008 20:12, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

Where is the button?
