Romool was a president of Russia, and one of the few to have served more than one term. He was impeached in April, 2010, continuing the tradition of Russian successful President impeachments. Romool had been a loyal member of PHOENIX military forces until his death by banhammer during a resistance war for Far Eastern Russia region in early November, 2010.

Rumours say that he has since reincarnated, however the experts tend to agree that as an honest person romool wouldn't have breached Terms of Service.
