Safwan ibn Hashim

Safwan ibn Hashim was born as AresTalli, a citizen of 
Turkey on Day 417. He was quickly recruited by senior members of the Cagdas Turkiye Partisi. As AresTalli went through the ranks he was put forward by Eldarion Sionnodel to become the congressman for Eastern Region of Turkey. After his service in Turkey, AresTalli decided to meet new people and spent time in several countries to gain experience including Singapore.

After he was recruited to the Cagdas Turkiye Partisi, AresTalli made friends quickly with the Turks. Leaders of the party were really friendly and he expanded his Turkish vocabulary. He also ran for congressman in Eastern Anatolia and became one of the most successful congressman in Turkey pushing forward the idea of a Q5 hospital. This way Turkey was able to find its second hospital erected in it's Eastern Region while Ares was the congressman for the region.
Israel
Ares departed to Israel after being recommended by Altai. There he was greeted by many Israelis especially by the members of the Kadima party which he joined and supported it until his divorce with HufflePuff. AresTalli later on supported the IWP but couldn't agree with the foreign relation policies they pursued which forced him to move back to Turkey.
