seko38 was a citizen of Norway who PTO'd the April 2010 presidential elections, leading to the partition of Norway between Russia, UK and Norway's ally Sweden.
seko38 life pre-April 2010 eletions
seko38 was a regular citizen of Norway, who early in his life got elected as a Congress member in front of Teknokratene party in the December 2009 elections. He was a member of the party for a short time, few days after getting elected to Congress, he published two articles that he and some of his friends started the Justice And Development party with him as party president on which two prominent citizens (Andreas Moe and Tommy Skaue) commented that this was a Phoenix PTO attempt[1]. He was immediately a presidential candidate in January 2010 presidential elections, and although he runs a campaign do not vote for him, still, some prominent citizens are not convinced that this is not a PTO[2][3]. In January 2010 election, seko38 ends up last, third with only 21 votes, however, continues to be the party president and nominates himself again as a candidate for the April 2010 elections.
The events of the April 2010 presidential elections
Running as an unknown and an outsider seko38 surprised Norway by winning the April presidential elections. Severe concerns were raised by several issues:
- Seko38 had posted no election articles.
- The voting patterns showed several instances of block voting.
- The election had the highest turnout at the time.
As a result of this, Freke proposed an impeachment law in congress. Significant funds had already been moved out of the treasury to the Bank of Norway to prevent wholesale stealing by a law proposed by Tommy Skaue.
However, the damage was already done. While the impeachment was progressing seko38 used his presidential powers to invade core regions of Russia, UK and Sweden. This activated all MPPs of both Russia and the UK whilst cancelling those allies Norway had in common with Sweden. Norway was left to face the combined might of the Phoenix alliance with only the help of Spain by its side.
seko38 life post-April 2010 elections
seko38 would later be seen posting articles proclaiming the 'liberation' of Norway[4]. He was not however banned for his part in the events though he became inactive. His party Justice And Development party would later be taken over by Scorpicus and renamed Xenibalurd Party.
seko38 stays in Norway til the end of the year, posting a couple of more times as part of his campaign to get elected in the Congress of Norway[5][6][7]. Ultimately, seko38 moves on to Bolivia.
