Titles are now complete and line spacing sorted. Looks much better. Also moved Constitution to sub page. Loads much faster now and is neater. --Sir Graystar got a question?

List of party leaders

I don't like this section because of the sillyness of listing a re-elected President as departing one day and then restarting the next. It's not the done thing to say, "Tony Blair, Prime Minister of the UK, 1997-2001, 2001-2005, 2005-2007" so we shouldn't do the equivalent here.
