This is a Header template which can be used to make a more noticeable and graphical header which can be used with text and images

Usage

background=|
text-colour=|
style=}}

text = content to be included in header (can include images)
background = colour of the background, e.g. 'red' or '#FF0000' (default 'lightblue')
text-colour = colour of the text included, e.g. 'white' or #000000' (default 'black')
style = class assigned to content, e.g. 'p' for normal text or 'h2' for secondary header (default 'p')
