Minor tweaking

If you replace the code with this it should constrain the fields to give the victory flag overlay effect, and make the date look better. I think. Give it a try, I don't like messing with a template that is used across pages. -- Citizen 6 _Talk 05:28, 19 April 2011 (PDT)

Lengthy Region and RW names will likely cause a problem once they extend to two rows. Here is a good example to work with while tweaking the header. If we can get this one to fit then it might cover most lengths, unless you know of longer country and regions names to use. --
