The Joker, was a citizen of Canada,

He was founder and president of the Halifax Alliance of Hysterical Assassins and Homicidal Anarchists. The old and inactive The Canadian Workers League was revitalized on June 11 2008 when it was reactivated during the Dr Jaytlez Multi Scandal, where The Joker took over the party, winning the party elections. He changed the orientation of the party and changed the name to Halifax Alliance of Hysterical Assassins and Homicidal Anarchists.

The Joker was a candidate in Presidential elections of Canada (July 2008). He suffered a crashing defeat, receiving only 2 votes (2%). He never ran again and died soon after.
