The Labour Party (Arabic: حزب العمال) was the third largest political party in Icon-Egypt.png Egypt. Founded By Kaiser Palestine (who took the role of party president) and Co-Founded by eslam2 (who took the role of vice president) in January 2015.

The TLP soon became the third largest party in Icon-Egypt.png Egypt with many Egyptians joining this newly founded party. Not long-lived, the party was transformed into Egyptian Libertarian Party later in the year.

The Labour Party is a Center-Left Libertarian but they Follow 4 Rules called "the Rules of Procedure of the Labour Party"[1]

Article 1. The name of the party

The name of the Party in accordance with the provisions of this regulation is the Labour Party


Article 2. Basic Principles of the party (party's principles)

The Labour Party is a political organization, established in order to do the work of partisan political activities in accordance with the regulations and program of: the Constitution of the Republic of Egypt, and the law of political parties, electoral laws, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 3. The basic goals

1- The Labour Party believes that "the republican system" is the most important administrative gain to the Egyptian nation, and that sovereignty is now in the hands of the people unconditionally. Recognizes that the national army will become the only decisive force. And calls for the need to comply with the institutions and the people who use the sovereign authority on behalf of the nation to the principle of the rule of law. Accepts and confirms the national will, and the rule of law, democracy, and fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual are essential references to the concept of political management.

2- The Labour Party defends the Egyptian nation as a single indivisible Unit with their homeland and their state. Accepts and carries out appropriate activities for the general criteria described in Article II in order to reach an advanced level

3- The Labour Party is a political party and its center of interest is the citizen and believes that the best service is the service of the citizen. The aim of its efforts is the happiness and safety of the citizens in Egypt. And emphasizes that all our people are a big family that falls under the name "State of the Republic of Egypt," the institution in the land of "Egypt", and that all other states next to its borders are neighbor families. And believes that through the value given to a human being that we can coexist in a lasting peace.

4- The Labour Party's knows that people have rights, such as: different beliefs, thought, language, expression, organization, and living Since joining the game and respect them and accept that the difference is not the reason for separation but it promotes unity

5- The Labour Party rejects all forms of discrimination that does not comply with the foundations of a democratic society in the individual state relations. And sees the state effective service organization is formed by individuals for individual service.

6- The Labour Party believes in the free use of all political rights, and that the free use of political rights will make one live in the framework of a free, democratic system characterized by pluralism and participation.

7- The Labour Party acknowledges that the need to have all the persons, institutions, and organizations who are public functions within the state structure through the legislative and executive authorities, who use the right of sovereignty on behalf of the nation having regard to the use of powers and performance of functions corresponds to the rule of law documents mentioned in Article II acknowledges in accordance with these necessary basis for legitimacy.

8- The Labour Party acknowledges that the right of individuals to life as they want, and to express what they think something cannot accept the debate, and that the right and the power of advertising and publicity for the belief and thought the approval of the law is the property of individuals and institutions of civil society, and that everyone has the same equal rights and shared in each institution and from all ways of life, and so it is on the state should not take a stand alongside or against any belief or thoughts, and that the principles of equality before the law existed in the Constitution constitute a guarantee for these concepts and these views. And recognizes the need to be a task that can be borne by the state and the legal personality of the party is a preparation free environment achieves and ensures the use of rights. 9- The Labour Party gives particular importance to the concept of the social state, which is an approach to citizens living a wonderful life.

10- The Labour Party believes that the citizen is the primary source and the goal of economic development. aims to establish a market economy with all its institutions and rules. Defines the role of the state in the economy as a regulator and an observer. Believes that the lack of justice in the distribution of income is the most important economic and social problem. and defends the completion of the structural transformations necessary to take advantage of opportunities.

11- The Labour Party believes that the citizen is the base of Egyptian society.

12- The Labour Party cares about everyone, especially the newbies to become confident, an applicant and sophisticated at a high level, and linked to their homeland Egypt, which enjoy security and peace, and equipped with the values of high morale. For this reason, the party applies the concept of training and providing education to learn the means and the data in order to create a society of information, free at all levels.

13- The Labour Party cares about the representative democracy based on pluralism, participation and competition. And believes in the importance of civil society institutions and as indispensable in the application of these properties and the establishment of public administration with the productivity and quality in the control procedure and sustain them.

14- The Labour Party accepts that a referendum is an effective way in order to secure the contribution of our people in the management process.

15- The Labour Party believes that it can stand strong in front of the challenges of home and abroad for justice, and faith that power stems from the law and not vice versa, it is designed to eliminate barriers that prevent the sovereignty of the people, and to achieve the right to a fair judiciary and the freedom to search for the right in all its forms, and make our home habitable for our people, and protecting the homeland's independence and statehood unitary in every case.


Article 4. Action Charter within the party

The list of the party indicates all its organs and party members, including General President. That membership or assuming a post in the party means adapting to the goals and objectives of the party, and to contribute effectively, each according to his energy and skill. all employees of the party cannot act against the goals of the party, Each individual in the party has the right to develop his knowledge and skills related to the political and social life by engaging in the activities of the party and then transfer to the politics. And it will be effective and confident to the criteria to depend first upon appointments and elections in the party, taking into account the democratic process within the party and the rules of membership law. Each person becomes a member of the party is in agreement and pledging that he will act according to these principles in his actions.
