The Liberal Party of South Africa (LPSA) was a South African party with a center-right orientation. The LPSA sat at 9th place out of 9 South African parties in its time. That put the party out of reach of Congress, of which they needed just 6 more members to achieve a spot. It was founded on February 27th, 2008.

The Liberal Party of South Africa Mission Statement:

Liberal party of South Africa. Its mission is to underline the importance of democratic freedom and prosperity for the citizens of South Africa.

The LSPA enjoyed extreme success between the February-April period with all party presidents during that time being elected as president for South Africa. Since then the LSPA has slumped, with the recent Indonesian take-over and war the LSPA has been reduced to a little-known party with just 1 member, Erlania who eventually died, leaving the party with no-one to take after it.
