It is a collective party from the members of Mandirigma, Filipino Labor Party,Filipino Progressive Movement, and Kilusan ng Makabayang Pinoy that had contested with Serbian political take-over candidates for the Congress election in March 25, 2010.

In April 5, 2010, Hekter under the banner of the Unity Party was elected again for his third term.
