Arthur Wellesley was born in Wales on Day 455 of the New World. Wellesley advanced quickly, becoming an active member of the United Kingdom Reform Party and a member of the eUK Government. In his time in the eUK, he has served as a Member of Parliament for Wales twice, an apprentice in the Ministry of Finance, Under Minister of Finance, and is currently the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Minister of Finance) under Prime Minister Sara Droz.

Wellesley is also the Party President of the United Kingdom Reform Party and an active member of the eUK community. He is the owner and primary shareholder of Wellington Chase Bank and it's subsidiary Wellington Chase Investments, which is co-managed by Stephen Torrington and Vinners.
