Chuth is a citizen of Republic of China(Taiwan). He born on August 31, 2011, and he was the 22th congress member of eROC. The military units that he has joined to are Outer Heaven II and Outer Heaven. At first, the Outer Heaven Union is a big Union of MUs in eROC, there has been 7 MUs joining in. However, this union broke up in May, 2012, so the remaining member decided to aggregate to one MU and remain the original name, Outer Heaven. Therefore, Chuth moved from Outer Heaven II to Outer Heaven, and now he is the 2nd Commander and the Captain of 2nd Regiment in Outer Heaven.
