Beginning his life in the Venezuelan population boom of August 2009, Guillermo Vasquez was already in suspicious standings. With few people lending him trust, Vasquez soon found support among the Libertad de Venezuela movement. After an unsuccessful run for congress in September, he was successful in attaining Venezuelan congress in October 2009 with the Libertad revive group: Unidad Nacional. With congress divided among the "natives" and "foreigners," no one was trusted and little was accomplished. Unable to accomplish his plan of business reform, Vasquez failed to keep his seat in congress for another term. In an ironic turn, the removal of Vasquez from his seat in congress removed the one deciding vote that would have kept Venezuela afloat over the next month. The "foreigner" groups had taken over with a minuscule majority and proceded to wreak havoc. Brazil, sensing opportunity, swooped in and conquered Venezuela.

As of December 2009, Vasquez now resides in Brazil, rounding support for his new movement, the Vasquez Volition, an anti-Brazil/anti-Phoenix group trying to liberate Venezuela.
