Julius Rodvigo was born in a small town in the U.S, after his parents moved from Italy. His father, suffering wounds from a Mafia attack took his English mother and went to the land of opportunity. Shortly after arriving Julius' father joined the army to fight in the US - Canadian War, only to be killed in a frontline charge. Julius' mother died from depression when he was 14. To pay his way into College and to finish High School, Julius shined shoes, in his time as a shoe shiner he shined Benn Dover's, Emerick's, and many more famous Americans shoes.
