The Ultimate Arab is one of the many citizens of the province of Alberta in Canada. He is not actually an Arabian it is just a user-name made up on the spot. The Ultimate Arab is very intelligent and is a highly strategic and influential person and should not be viewed lightly. But there is not much to fear about him because he is a friendly person who prefers cooperation rather than conflict.
