Editing templates

Hello! I just tried to edit a template, that I edited after heivoll created it. I have a lot of wiki-editing experience, so I know what I'm doing, as I've done about 3000 edits on the Norwegian wikipedia and is a patroller over there. I would like to know if there's any possibility I can get access to creating templates? I want to create some navboxes, for Norway, Political Parties in Norway and so on. • User:Mohan Kumar - in a period from October 15 until November 7 uploaded more than 40 files. 90 % of them have deletion template from today... Oh yes, and 1 file edit - [1].
• And now a big problem - Luziferis. MiniBill has already deleted Luziferis contributions. Just take a look on January 4, 2010 deleted articles. Most of them were blanked for no obvious reason. Is this an attempt to delete history or something else?

Dear Belea, sorry for bothering but I have a question that several people asked me... What will happen with their stock when new economic module will be implemented? Will the stock disappear? Translation of eRepublik to Persian

Hi. I wanted to talk to an admin regarding an important issue, and Andycro suggested I bring it up with you. I was hoping to see if I could convince you to consider translating eRepublik (the game not the wiki) to Persian. I wrote up a letter on the suggestion forms here, where I have explained my main arguments. Just to reiterate them in case that letter is too long, I was hoping that eRepublik can be translated to Persian since Iranians do not speak and read English properly, and the upcoming changes will be (kinda) dramatic. I pointed out that around 10% of all clicks to eRepublick come from Iran, which is quite high in my opinion, and this game is one of the few outlets we have left to interact with others freely. I think that the upcoming module will provide a perfect timing for adding new languages, so maybe it is something to consider. I guess the main problem would be the formatting changes needed, but I think the technical staff can fix that if they want to.

Regarding the translations, we are still busy with the wiki, but I think we are almost finished with the main parts (the facts not the fiction part in the wiki), give or take a few pages. If you do consider translating eRepublik, you could use the translations in the wiki, or you could ask for more specific translations for upcoming features that I (or any of the other active Iranians in the wiki) will gladly help out with. Right now I am going through the pages to make sure all translations are consistent, but otherwise it is pretty much in an acceptable form.

I understand that you are quite busy, but this is very important for us and that is why I have wrote this for you. In any case, thank you for your time (I dont know if that means any sense in English) and good luck with all the changes. Sorry that this got longer than I had originally anticipated. Cheers! Few questions

Hello Belea! I have wrote several articles about new modules, but as I was sick, I didn't catch the time to translate them, so hear are the question on which I do not have idea how to answer them:

1. Work skill - Will there be option that a person transfer skill points from land to manu? For example, I have (andycro) land 3.4 and manu 15.55, will I be able to switch all of it into construcion?
2. Formula for hitchance/critical hit? (honestly, war is not my department)
3. What are hit boosters and how much will they cost?
4. Will fights still have a timer of 24h? If not, can you be more specific about it?
5. Would there be additional boosters for happiness? For example: watching movies for 3 G?
6. Will there be a chance that we see our avatars while fighting as this was the case until now?
7. Will people fight one on one against other citizens?
8. How long will last houses, hospitals, weapons, etc? Will there be a formula? What is the min / max of the "durability time"?
9. What will happen with the items that we have in our inventory?

If you have published some info in new insider articles, just put link to it, as I didn't have the time to read them. Also I have one question regarding current issue: Welcome message. What codes are correct for writing? Some presidents contact me that newspaper codes are not working correctly, especially for links. Banning people - what is happening?

Sorry Belea, I know that you are very busy these days, but I am boiling inside... Yesterday, my dear friend, Mr Dalibor, a minister in eCroatia, hardworker (created a lot of tutorials), always judging multies, was banned due to multi-accounts. Honestly, this is imposible... Why? Because he has no motiv to due that. As a minister he could still a great deal of gold (Croatian ministers have a great amount of money to spend) so multis for gold is not holding up... Multi for votes is again imposible, because his party (HLD) always supported him with votes (and we have around 300 members). And as it is said, same IP is not reason for ban. So, if he had multis as he was accused for, what did he get from them? This simply stinks. I have to tell you that great deal of people uses refferer link to ban people - simply thay register over it and when the reach level 6,7,8, they donate money to that refferer. You should explore that. I know that Admins usually do not give intel why person exactly got ban (only short explanation) but I am very interested in this case. Honestly, I am so sure that he is honest citizen that I am willing to receive perm ban if he is dishonest. WikiProject Military

I am afraid to say that I have my exam preparation for the next month, so I have not been able to contribute as much to the project as I wish. Plus my recent computer troubles :( Anyway, I do still think that there is a need to have a place to centralise discussion on the factors of the wars on the wiki, and I am still keeping an eye on the wars in eRepublik and on the wiki, however I just don't have the time anymore I'm afraid :( Still, if I am come back after the exams hopefully I will be able to make time! References Question

(No hurry to respond to this - I know you are very very busy). Just wanted to ask, regarding references: If a reference is of a Private Message, or IRC conversation, or even that Chat thing, how do we reference this? Is it acceptable to merely state that this was what the person said, or should screenshot evidence of the chatlog/Private Message, etc be given? Im trying to add evidence where I can, but when the primary source of evidence is of the people themselves, it seems somewhat difficult.
