Hi. Citizen page templates don't belong on User pages, for reasons of linking, organizing etc. To see the difference between a user page and a citizen page, please see the Citizen Page Tutorial (linked above) to get the newest template and get everything started right! :) --QJ Lincoln Talk To Me 06:29, 5 February 2009 (PST)

Biligualisation

Is there any way to make a country page (specifically Canada) bilingual, like the tutorials? I'd be willing to write it, but I don't know the template stuff. - Charles Simo
