Few tips for translating

Hi! I saw you had started to translate page Wellness to Macedonian. You had a good start, but in the future, please insert LangMenu and category of the language to the beginning of the page. So just paste LangMenu to the page like all the other pages have. Also, Macedonian language is "Македонски" here, you had created the page with other name(or maybe a typo?). I've now fixed it, but please pay attention to it. If you have questions, feel free to contact me. You might also find Help:Translating Pages useful. --Icon-Finland.png Kuhaa|sTalk to me! 08:33, 20 January 2010 (UTC)

If you want to translate a page to Macedonian, you need to add /Македонски to it's name. So Macedonian page for Division of congress members would be Division of congress members/Македонски. You had replaced the text on English page with you Macedonian translation and I had to revert it. Maybe you should read the Help page I gave you link to in my previous message? I thank you for understanding and wish you the best of luck in the future. :) --Icon-Finland.png Kuhaa|sTalk to me! 19:57, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi! Good job with the pages, but there's one more thing I'd like you to pay close attention to: links. Please don't translate links as they are. If you want to link to Wellness's Macedonian translation, здравјето will lead nowhere. You need to add /Македонски after the english name of the link, so Wellness/Македонски links to Wellness/Македонски. Unofortunately like that it will show like that in the text, so you need to add "|" and after that write the name you want to be displayed. So for Wellness, write здравјето and voilá, we've got здравјето. The easiest way is to use L-template which has been created for linking to translated pages. You simply type Page name in ENGLISH, for example Wellness will result in Wellness here, but if used on a Macedonian page, it will link to Macedonian translation. I hope you understand what I mean. You can find more information here. Also, please don't translate template names or categories. Templates work a little different than pages, and the only category you'll need with Macedonian pages is . Otherwise you've been doing fine, keep it up! --Icon-Finland.png Kuhaa|sTalk to me! 08:36, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
